የንግድ ተግባራት በአግባቡ ካልተመሩ የጤና፣ የመኖሪያ ቤት፣ የምግብ፣ ውሃ፣ ማኅበራዊ ደኅንነት፣ የመሥራት መብት፣ ደኅንነቱ የተጠበቀ የሥራ ሁኔታ የማግኘት እንዲሁም የንግድ ማኅበራትን የመመሥረትና የመቀላቀል መብቶች አተገባበር ላይ ተጽዕኖ ይፈጥራሉ
