የሰዎችን ከቦታ ቦታ የመዘዋወር ነጻነት በተሟላ ሁኔታ መፈጸም የሚያስችሉ እርምጃዎች በአፋጣኝ ሊወሰዱ ይገባል
መንግሥት በተለያዩ ቦታዎች የተፈጸሙ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ጥሰቶች ላይ የተሟላ ማጣራት በማድረግ ተጠያቂነትን ሊያረጋግጥ እንዲሁም በድርጊቶቹ ተጎጂ ለሆኑ ሰዎች ፍትሕ ሊያሰፍን ይገባል።

የመንቀሳቀስ ነጻነት ምንድነው? የመንቀሳቀስ ነጻነት በውስጡ ምን ምን ጥበቃዎችን ይዟል? የመንቀሳቀስ ነጻነት ላይ የሚጣሉ ገደቦች ምን ሁኔታዎችን ማሟላት አለባቸው? የመንቀሳቀስ ነጻነትን ከማረጋገጥ አንጻር የመንግሥታት ግዴታዎች ምንድን ናቸው?
የተባበሩት መንግሥታት የአካል ጉዳተኞች መብቶች ስምምነት
ኢትዮጵያ የዓለም አቀፍ የአካል ጉዳተኞች መብቶች ስምምነትን በአዋጅ ቁጥር 676/2002 ተቀብላ አጽድቃለች። ይህንን ስምምነት የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን (ኢሰመኮ) ኢትዮጵያ የተቀበለቻቸውን ዓለም አቀፍ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ሰነዶችን በሀገር ውስጥ ቋንቋዎች ለመተርጎምና ለማሰራጨት በአዋጅ ቁጥር 210/1992 (በአዋጅ ቁጥር 1224/2012 እንደተሻሻለው) አንቀጽ 6(8) በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሠረት ወደ አማርኛ ቋንቋ አስተርጉሞ አሳትሟል።
የአፍሪካ የሰዎችና ሕዝቦች መብቶች ቻርተር የአረጋውያን መብቶች ፕሮቶኮል
ኢትዮጵያ የአፍሪካ የሰዎችና ሕዝቦች መብቶች ቻርተር የአረጋውያን መብቶች ፕሮቶኮል በአዋጅ ቁጥር 1182/2012ተቀብላ አጽድቃለች። ይህንን ፕሮቶኮል የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን (ኢሰመኮ) ኢትዮጵያ የተቀበለቻቸውን ዓለም አቀፍ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ሰነዶችን በሀገር ውስጥ ቋንቋዎች ለመተርጎምና ለማሰራጨት በአዋጅ ቁጥር 210/1992 (በአዋጅ ቁጥር 1224/2012 እንደተሻሻለው) አንቀጽ 6(8) በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሠረት ወደ አማርኛ ቋንቋ አስተርጉሞ አሳትሟል።
