በሕክምና ተቋማት በመካሄድ ላይ ያሉ የሥራ ማቆም አድማዎች ለሰብአዊ መብቶች ጥሰቶች በር እንዳይከፍቱ ትኩረት ሊሰጣቸው እና ዘላቂ መፍትሔ እንዲያገኙ ማድረግ ይገባል

“ሰብአዊ መብቶች እና ነጻነቶች ሊከበሩ የሚችሉት ነጻ እና ገለልተኛ ፍርድ ቤቶች ሲኖሩ ብቻ ነው” – ዋና ኮሚሽነር ብርሃኑ አዴሎ –Amhara Media Corporation (አማራ ሚዲያ ኮርፖሬሽን)

ፍርድ ቤቶች ነጻ እና ገለልተኛ ካልሆኑ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ጥሰትን ጨምሮ ሌሎች ወንጀል ፈጻሚዎች ተጠያቂ ሳይሆኑ ሊቀሩ ይችላሉ፡፡ ይህ ደግሞ የሕግ የበላይነት እንዲሸረሸር እና ተጠያቂነት እንዳይረጋገጥ ያደርጋል ነው ያሉት ዋና ኮሚሽነሩ
