Every child has the right not to be subjected to exploitative practices, neither to be required nor permitted to perform work which may be hazardous or harmful to his or her education, health or wellbeing
ማንኛውም ሰው በቂ ምግብ፣ ልብስና መኖሪያ ቤትን ጨምሮ ለራሱና ለቤተሰቡ በቂ የኑሮ ደረጃ የማግኘት መብት አለው
Everyone has the right to an adequate standard of living for himself and his family, including adequate food, clothing and housing
Employers shall be required to ensure that, so far as is reasonably practicable, the workplaces, machinery, equipment and processes under their control are safe and without risk to health
አሠሪዎች በቁጥጥራቸው ሥር ያሉ የሥራ ቦታዎች፣ ማሽኖች፣ መሣሪያዎች እና የአሠራር ሂደቶች ምክንያታዊና ተግባራዊ ሊሆን በሚችለው መጠን ደኅንነታቸው የተጠበቀ እና ምንም የጤና ሥጋት የማያስከትሉ መሆናቸውን እንዲያረጋግጡ ሊደረጉ ይገባል
