የኢሰመኮ ዋና ኮሚሽነር ዶክተር ዳንኤል በቀለ ለብዙሃን መገናኛ ባቀረቡት በዚሁ ሪፖርት በጦርነቱ በተጎዱ በርካታ ቦታዎች በአካል በመገኘት በተደረገው ምርመራ መሰረት አጠቃላይ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ጥሰት መፈጸሙን አስታውቀዋል።
