In his foreword to the 3rd Ethiopia's Annual Human Rights Situation Report, which coincides with the last year of his five-year term, EHRC Chief Commissioner Dr. Daniel Bekele, underlined the urgent need for peaceful dialogue and discussion at national level to end conflicts and find a lasting solution to the widespread human rights violations occurring in the context of conflict

የኢሰመኮ ዋና ኮሚሽነር ዶ/ር ዳንኤል በቀለ የሥራ ዘመናቸው ማብቃት ጋር በተገጣጠመው በዚህ በ3ተኛው የኢትዮጵያ ዓመታዊ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ሁኔታ ሪፖርት ባስተላለፉት መልእክት፡ በሀገር አቀፍ ደረጃ ከግጭት ለመውጣትና መጠነ ሰፊ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ጥሰቶችን በዘላቂነት ለመፍታት ሰላማዊ ውይይት እና ምክክር ማድረግ ያስፈልጋል ብለዋል

ዛሬ በኢትዮጵያ በሚገኘው የአውሮፓ ኅብረት ልዑክ ቅጥር ግቢ በተካሄደው የሽልማት ሥነ ሥርዓት ከተሻላሚዎቹ አንዱ የሆኑት ዶ/ር ዳንኤል በቀለ፤ ሽልማቱ ለመላው የሥራ ባልደረቦቻቸውና ኢሰመኮን ለሚደግፉ በሙሉ አበረታች ዕውቅና የሰጠ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል

Upon becoming one of the recipients of the award at a ceremony held at the Delegation of the European Union to Ethiopia today, EHRC Chief Commissioner said the award is an encouraging acknowledgement to his colleagues and to all who support the EHRC

ግጭት ባለበት አካባቢ ያለውን የሰብአዊ መብቶች ጥሰቶች ዓለም አቀፍ ስልቶችን ጭምር በመጠቀም የማጣራት ሥራ እንደሚሠራ ተናግረዋል
