በመገናኛ ብዙኃን አማካኝነት ተፈጽሟል የሚባል ወንጀል እና ቅድመ ክስ እስር
በሚድያ አዋጁ አንቀጽ 86(1) የተመለከተው የቅድመ እስር ክልከላ ከአዋጁ አንቀጽ 3(1) እና 6(3) ጋርም ተቀናጅቶ ሲነበብ ለተመዘገበ ሚዲያ ብቻ ሳይሆን ለሁሉም ዓይነት ሚዲያዎች የተቀመጠ የሕግ ጥበቃ መሆኑን የሚያመለክት ነው
