The active participation and collaboration of NHRIs and CSOs is key in promoting an inclusive, victim-centered and human rights compliant transitional justice process
Ensuring an inclusive, victim-centered and human rights-compliant transitional justice process requires collaboration from all stakeholders
The establishment of inclusive and independent transitional justice institutions will not only address the past human rights violations, but also lay a strong foundation to prevent such violations in the future
