አባል ሀገራት የሕፃናትን የመማር መብት ሙሉ በሙሉ እውን ለማድረግ ሁሉንም ተገቢ እርምጃዎች ይወስዳሉ። በተለይም በትምህርት ቤት ተገኝቶ ትምህርትን በቋሚነት መከታተልን ለማበረታታት እንዲሁም የተማሪዎችን ትምህርት የማቋረጥ ምጣኔ ለመቀነስ እርምጃዎችን መውሰድ አለባቸው

States Parties shall take all appropriate measures with a view to achieving the full realization of every child’s right to education and shall in particular take measures to encourage regular attendance at schools and the reduction of drop-out rate

አባል ሀገራት በሁሉም መስክ በተለይም በፖለቲካዊ፣ ማኅበራዊ፣ ኢኮኖሚያዊ እና ባህላዊ መስኮች የሴቶችን ሁለንተናዊ እድገት ለማረጋገጥና ከፍ ለማድረግ እንዲሁም ሴቶች ከወንዶች እኩል በሰብአዊ መብቶቻቸው እና መሠረታዊ ነጻነቶቻቸው መጠቀም እንዲችሉ ሕግ ማውጣትን ጨምሮ አግባብነት ያላቸውን እርምጃዎች ሁሉ መውሰድ አለባቸው

States Parties shall take in all fields, in particular in the political, social, economic and cultural fields, all appropriate measures, including legislation, to ensure the full development and advancement of women, for the purpose of guaranteeing them the exercise and enjoyment of human rights and fundamental freedoms on a basis of equality with men

States Parties shall take all appropriate measures to promote research and investment in new and renewable energy sources and appropriate technologies, including information technologies and facilitate women’s access to, and participation in their control

አባል ሀገራት የኢንፎርሜሽን ቴክኖሎጂዎችን ጨምሮ በአዲስና ታዳሽ የኃይል ምንጮች እንዲሁም አስፈላጊ ቴክኖሎጂዎች ላይ ምርምርንና ኢንቨስትመንትን ለማስፋፋት፣ በዚሁም ላይ የሴቶችን ተደራሽነት እና የቁጥጥር ተሳትፎ ለማመቻቸት ተገቢውን እርምጃ ሁሉ መውሰድ ይገባቸዋል

States Parties shall prohibit through legislative measures backed by sanctions, all forms of female genital mutilation (FGM)

የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽንም ከሰኔ 2015 እስከ ሰኔ 2016 ዓ.ም. ያለውን ጊዜ በሚሸፍነው ሪፖርቱ በክልሉ ሴቶች ጥቃት እንደሚደርስባቸው እንደሚደፈሩም አረጋግጧል

ለተፈናቃዮች የሚቀርበው ሰብአዊ ድጋፍ ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ እየቀነሰ መምጣቱን እና የጾታዊ ጥቃት ሥጋቶች መበራከታቸውን ኢሰመኮ ገለጸ

ግርዛት በሴቶች እና በሕፃናት ላይ የሚያደርሰውን አካላዊ እና ሥነልቦናዊ ጉዳት ለማስቀረት የሁሉንም ባለድርሻ አካላት ርብርብ ይጠይቃል
