ኮሚሽኑ ዓላማውን ለማስፈጸም ከሚሰራቸው ሰብአዊ መብቶችን የማስተማር እና የማስፋፋት ስራ ውጤታማ እንዲሆን ከተለያዩ መንግስታዊ እና መንግስታዊ ካልሆኑ ተቋማት ጋር በአጋርነት የሚሰራ ሲሆን፣ ከሀገራዊ የኪነጥበብና የሥነ ጥበብ ባለሞያዎችና ማኅበራት ጋር የሚያደርገውን ትብብር በተመሳሳይ መልኩ እኩል ክብደት የሚሰጠው ነው

ሁለተኛውን ሀገር አቀፍ የሁለተኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤቶች የምስለ-ችሎት ውድድር ለማዘጋጀት በኢሰመኮ የተካሄደ የውይይት መድረክ
ለሁለት ቀናት የሚካሄደው የውይይት መድረክ ሲገባደድ ባለድርሻ አካላት የሚጠበቅባቸውን ሚናና የስራ ኃላፊነት ተሻሽሎ በወጣው መመሪያ መሰረት በመለየት ሁለተኛውን ውድድር ለማከናውን የወጣውን መርኃ ግብር ለመተግበር የጋራ መግባባት ላይ የሚደርሱበት እንደሚሆን ይጠበቃል
