በሰብአዊ መብቶች መርሖችና ድንጋጌዎች የተቃኘ አያያዝ በወንጀል ነክ ነገር ውስጥ ገብተው የተገኙ ሕፃናት በመልካም ባሕሪ ታንጸው ወደ ማኅበረሰቡ እንዲቀላቀሉ አስፈላጊ ነው
