በሪፖርቱ እንደተመለከተው ግንቦት 13 ቀን 2015 ዓ.ም በኢታንግ ልዩ ወረዳ ሥር በሚገኝ ፒኝዋ ቀበሌ ነዋሪ የነበሩ አንድ ግለሰብ መጥፋታቸውን ተከትሎ፣ በፒኝዋ ቀበሌ እና አጎራባች በሆነው በሌር ቀበሌ ነዋሪዎች መካከል በተነሳ ግጭት በወቅቱ በርካታ ሰዎች መሞታቸውን፣ የአካል ጉዳት መድረሱን፣ የግለሰቦች እና የተቋማት ንብረት ላይ ጉዳት እና ዘረፋ መድረሱን ለማወቅ ተችሏል
