የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን (ኢሰመኮ) በማዕከላዊ ኢትዮጵያ ክልል፣ በጉራጌ ዞን እና በቀቤና ልዩ ወረዳ መካከል የነበረውን አለመግባባት ተከትሎ ጥቅምት 2 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ የተከሰተውን የጸጥታ መደፍረስና ያስከተለውን ጉዳት ከአካባቢው ነዋሪዎች በቀረበለት አቤቱታ መነሻነት ከጥቅምት 20 እስከ 25 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም. በቦታው በመገኘት ጭምር ምርመራ ማከናወኑን አስታውቋል
