የአረጋውያን እና የአካል ጉዳተኞች መብቶችን ተግባራዊነት ለማረጋገጥ የሚያጋጥሙ ተግዳሮቶች ላይ በአትኩሮት መሥራት ከሁሉም ባለድርሻ አካላት የሚጠበቅ ኃላፊነት ነው

የተወሰኑት ተጠርጣሪ ታሳሪዎች በቤተሰቦቻቸው የተጎበኙና በተለያየ የጊዜ መጠን ወደ ፍርድ ቤት የቀረቡ ቢሆንም፤ በርካታ ታሳሪዎች ከፍርድ ቤት ትዕዛዝ ውጭ መታሰራቸውን፣ ፍርድ ቤት ያለመቅረባቸውን፣ በቤተሰብ አለመጎብኘታቸውን ተመልክቷል

መንግሥት ሁሉም ሰዎች ኢኮኖሚያዊ ሁኔታቸውን ለማሻሻል እኩል እድል እንዲኖራቸው ለማድረግና ሃብት ፍትሐዊ በሆነ መንገድ የሚከፋፈልበትን ሁኔታ የማመቻቸት ግዴታ አለበት
