The violations and abuses may amount to war crimes

በጦርነቱ ወቅት ትግራይ ውስጥ “ተፈጽመዋል” የተባሉት የሰብዓዊ መብት ዓለም አቀፍ ድንጋጌዎችን፣ የስብዕና እና የስደተኛ ሕግጋት መጣስ ሲያጣራ የቆየው ጥምር መርማሪ ቡድን ባወጣው የግኝቱ ሪፖርት የጦር ወንጀሎች እና በስብዕና ላይ የተፈጸሙ ሊባሉ የሚችሉ ወንጀሎች በሁሉም ወገኖች ስለመፈጸማቸው አሳማኝ መሰረቶች አሉ ብሏል።

ኢሰመኮ በማቋቋሚያ አዋጁ በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሰረት በአስቸኳይ ጊዜ አዋጁም ወቅት ሰብአዊ መብቶችን የሚከታተል መሆኑንና የሚመለከታቸው አካላት በሙሉ ለኮሚሽኑ የክትትል ተግባራት ትብብር የማድረግ ግዴታ እንዳለባቸው ለማስታወስ ይወዳል

The report is an important step for accountability and justice for those affected.

The report covers the period from 3 November 2020, when the armed conflict began between the Ethiopian National Defence Force (ENDF), the Eritrean Defence Force (EDF), the Amhara Special Forces (ASF), the Amhara militia and Fano on one side, and the Tigrayan Special Forces (TSF), Tigrayan militia and other allied groups on the other, until 28 June 2021 when the Ethiopian Government declared a unilateral ceasefire.
