የታራሚዎችን የተሻለ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ጥበቃ ለማረጋገጥ በባለድርሻዎች የሚደረገው ድጋፍ በትብብር መርሕ ሊቀጥል ይገባል

ማንኛውም ሕፃን ጉልበቱን ከሚበዘብዙ ልማዶች የመጠበቅ፤ በትምህርቱ፣ በጤናውና በደኅንነቱ ላይ ጉዳት የሚያደርሱ ሥራዎችን እንዲሠራ ያለመገደድ ወይም ከመሥራት የመጠበቅ መብት አለው
