የእናቶች እና የጨቅላ ሕፃናት የጤና መብቶች ጥበቃ የመንግሥትን ጨምሮ የሁሉንም ባለድርሻዎች ትኩረትና ርብርብ ይሻል

በሰብአዊ መብቶች መርሖችና ድንጋጌዎች የተቃኘ አያያዝ በወንጀል ነክ ነገር ውስጥ ገብተው የተገኙ ሕፃናት በመልካም ባሕሪ ታንጸው ወደ ማኅበረሰቡ እንዲቀላቀሉ አስፈላጊ ነው
