The Commission has initiated an investigation into the allegations, and revealed meeting with senior ENDF officers on April 28, 2025, to discuss the complaints

የኢሰመኮ የሴቶች፣ የሕፃናት፣ የአረጋውያን እና የአካል ጉዳተኞች መብቶች ኮሚሽነር ርግበ ገብረሐዋሪያ፣ አብዛኛው የጥቃት ወንጀሎች ሪፖርት እንደማይደረጉ ጠቁመው፣ ፍትሕ ፍለጋ ሪፖርት ያደረጉ ውስን የጥቃት ተጎጂዎች በወንጀል ፍትሕ ሥርዓቱ የሕግና የአሠራር ክፍተቶች የተነሳ ለተጨማሪ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ጥሰቶች ተጋልጠዋል ብለዋል

ኢሰመኮ ከዚህ ቀደሞም ቢሆን የመብት ጥሰት የፈጸሙ አካላትን በሕግ ተጠያቂ ሲያደርግ መቆየቱን የነገሩን ዋና ኮሚሽነር ብርሃኑ አዴሎ አሁን ግን ከተቋማት ጋር የሁለትዮሽ ስምምነት በማድረግ አጥፊዎችን ተጠያቂ ለማድረግ እየሰራን ነው ብለዋል

የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን ምክትል ዋና ኮሚሽነር ራኬብ መሰለ ቀደም ባሉት ዓመታት ሕፃናት አድን በተባለው መንግሥታዊ ያልሆነ ዓለም አቀፍ ድርጅት በእስያ፣ ምዕራብ እና ማዕከላዊ አፍሪካ ውስጥ ባሉ ከ16 የሚበልጡ ሀገራት በልጆች መብት አማካሪነት አገልግለዋል

ትግራይ ክልል ውስጥ ያሉ "ፖለቲካዊ አለመግባባቶች በሰብአዊ መብቶች ላይ ተጨማሪ ጉዳት እንዳያደርሱ አፋጣኝ ሰላማዊ መፍትሔዎችን መውሰድ ያስፈልጋል" ሲል የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን ጠየቀ

ኢሰመኮ ባደረገው ጥረትም በአራቱ የሲቪል ማኅበረሰብ ድርጅቶች ላይ ተጥሎ የነበረው እገዳ ከዛሬ የካቲት 24 ቀን 2017 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ መነሳቱን አስታውቋል
