ፍትሐዊ ዳኝነት የማግኘት መብት
ሰዎች ሁሉ በፍርድ ቤቶችና በዳኝነት አካላት ፊት በእኩልነት ይታያሉ። ማንኛውም ሰው በቀረበበት የወንጀል ክስም ሆነ ስለ መብቶቹ እና ግዴታዎቹ በሚወሰንበት ማንኛውም ጉዳይ በሕግ በተቋቋመ፣ ሥልጣን ባለው፣ በነጻና ገለልተኛ የዳኝነት አካል ፍትሐዊ እና ግልጽ በሆነ ችሎት የመዳኘት መብት አለው
