በኢትዮጵያ የአውሮፓ ኅብረት ልዑክ ቅጥር ግቢ በተካሄደ የአውሮፓ ኅብረት ሹማን ሽልማት (Schuman EU Awards) የኢሰመኮ ዋና ኮሚሽነር ዳንኤል በቀለ (ዶ/ር) ጨምሮ ከስድስት በላይ የሚሆኑ ኢትዮጵያዊያን ሽልማቱን ማግኘት ችለዋል

የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽነር ዶ/ር ዳንኤል በቀለ እና የኢትዮጵያ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ተሟጋቾች ማእከል ዋና ዳይሬክተር ያሬድ ኃይለማርያምን ጨምሮ ስምንት የሰብአዊ መብቶች ተሟጋች ግለሰቦችና ተቋማት የአውሮፓ ኅብረት ሹማን ሽልማት ተበረከተላቸው

የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን በግል ስራ እና ሠራተኛ አገናኝ ኤጀንሲ ሠራተኞች መብት ዙሪያ ከሰጠኋቸው ምክረ ሃሳቦች አብዛኞቹ አልተተገበሩም አለ

የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን (ኢሰመኮ) ዋና ኮሚሽነር ዶ/ር ዳንኤል በቀለ በኢትዮጵያ የአውሮፓ ኅብረት ልዑክ ቅጥር ግቢ በተካሄደ የሽልማት ሥነ ሥርዓት የአውሮፓ ኅብረት ሹማን ሽልማት (Schuman EU Awards) ተበርክቶላቸዋል

ዛሬ በኢትዮጵያ በሚገኘው የአውሮፓ ኅብረት ልዑክ ቅጥር ግቢ በተካሄደው የሽልማት ሥነ ሥርዓት ከተሻላሚዎቹ አንዱ የሆኑት ዶ/ር ዳንኤል በቀለ፤ ሽልማቱ ለመላው የሥራ ባልደረቦቻቸውና ኢሰመኮን ለሚደግፉ በሙሉ አበረታች ዕውቅና የሰጠ መሆኑን ተናግረዋል
