የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን በተለያዩ የኅብረተሰብ ክፍሎች የሰብአዊ መብት ጥሰት እንዳይፈፀም በግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ ተግባራት ላይ ማተኮር እንዳለበት በሕዝብ ተወካዮች ምክር ቤት የዴሞክራሲ ጉዳዮች ቋሚ ኮሚቴው ጠቁሟል

በአማራ ክልል ያለው ወታደራዊ እርምጃና የሰብአዊ መብቶች እንደምታው፣ የዘፈቀደ እስርና ተገቢ ያልሆነ አያያዝ፣ ተመጣጣኝ ያልሆነ የኃይል አጠቃቀም፣ በሚዲያና ተቃዋሚዎች ላይ ያነጣጠረ ጥቃት፣ ከቦታ ወደ ቦታ መንቀሳቀሰ መብት ላይ የተጣለ የዘፈቀደ ገደብ፣ ሕጋዊ ሂደትን ያልተከተለ የቤቶች ፈረሳ፣ በግዳጅ ማስነሳትና የኑሮ ውድነት የተነሳ የደረሰው እንግልትና የማኅበራዊና ኢኮኖሚያዊ መብቶች ጥሰቶች እንዲሁም በጦርነት የተጎዱ አካባቢዎችን መልሶ ማቋቋም አሳሳቢነታቸው ከቀጠሉ ጉዳዮች ውስጥ ይገኛሉ
