በሰብአዊ መብቶች መርሖችና ድንጋጌዎች የተቃኘ አያያዝ በወንጀል ነክ ነገር ውስጥ ገብተው የተገኙ ሕፃናት በመልካም ባሕሪ ታንጸው ወደ ማኅበረሰቡ እንዲቀላቀሉ አስፈላጊ ነው

To prevent harm arising from pregnancy and childbirth and in order to safeguard their health, women have the right of access to family planning education, information and capacity

ሴቶች በእርግዝና እና በወሊድ ምክንያት የሚደርስባቸውን ጉዳት ለመከላከል እና ጤንነታቸውን ለማስጠበቅ የሚያስችል የቤተሰብ ምጣኔ ትምህርት፣ መረጃ እና ዐቅም የማግኘት መብት አላቸው

A child temporarily or permanently deprived of his or her family environment, or in whose own best interests cannot be allowed to remain in that environment, shall be entitled to special protection and assistance provided by the State

ለጊዜው ወይም ለዘለቄታው ከቤተሰቡ የተለየ ወይም ለራሱ ጥቅም ሲባል ከቤተሰቡ ጋር እንዲቆይ ሊደረግ የማይችል ሕፃን የመንግሥትን ልዩ ጥበቃ እና ድጋፍ የማግኘት መብት አለው
