ኢሰመኮ ከ2012 ዓ.ም. እስከ 2016 ዓ.ም. በተለይም ተቋማዊ ነጻነትን እና ዐቅምን፣ የተሻለ ተደራሽነትን እንዲሁም ዓለም አቀፍና ሀገራዊ ዕውቅናን በማረጋገጥ እና በፕሮግራም መስኮች አፈጻጸም ረገድ ያከናወናቸው ቁልፍ ክንዋኔዎች አጭር ገለጻ።

በወንጀል ነክ ነገር ውስጥ ገብተው በማቆያና ተሐድሶ ተቋም ውስጥ የሚገኙ ሕፃናት (ከ9 – 15 ዓመት) የሰብአዊ  መብቶች ሁኔታ ክትትል ግኝቶች ላይ የተካሄደ ውይይት
በሰብአዊ መብቶች መርሖችና ድንጋጌዎች የተቃኘ አያያዝ በወንጀል ነክ ነገር ውስጥ ገብተው የተገኙ ሕፃናት በመልካም ባሕሪ ታንጸው ወደ ማኅበረሰቡ እንዲቀላቀሉ አስፈላጊ ነው
