ማንኛውም ሕፃን ጉልበቱን ከሚበዘብዙ ልማዶች የመጠበቅ፤ በትምህርቱ፣ በጤናውና በደኅንነቱ ላይ ጉዳት የሚያደርሱ ሥራዎችን እንዲሠራ ያለመገደድ ወይም ከመሥራት የመጠበቅ መብት አለው

States Parties shall prohibit through legislative measures backed by sanctions, all forms of female genital mutilation (FGM)

አባል ሀገራት ቅጣትን የሚያስከትሉ ሕጎችን በማውጣት ማንኛውንም ዐይነት የሴት ልጅ ግርዛትን መከልከል አለባቸው

ማንኛውም ሰው በዘፈቀደ ሊያዝ ወይም ሊታሰር አይችልም። ማንኛውም ሰው በሕግ ከተደነገገው ምክንያትና ሥርዓት ውጭ ነጻነቱን አይነፈግም

No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest or detention. No one shall be deprived of his liberty except on such grounds and in accordance with such procedure as are established by law

Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education shall be compulsory

ማንኛውም ሰው የመማር መብት አለው፡፡ ቢያንስ የአንደኛ ደረጃና መሠረታዊ ትምህርት በነጻ ሊሰጥ ይገባል፡፡ የአንደኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ግዴታ ሊሆን ይገባል
