Everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression in the form of art

ማንኛውም ሰው በሥነ-ጥበብ መልክ ሐሳቡን በነጻነት የመግለጽ መብት አለው

The State has the obligation to allocate ever increasing resources to provide to the public health, education and other social services

መንግሥት የጤና፣ የትምህርትና ሌሎች የማኅበራዊ አገልግሎቶችን ለሕዝብ ለማቅረብ በየጊዜው እየጨመረ የሚሄድ ሀብት ይመድባል

አባል ሀገራት አካል ጉዳተኛ ሴቶችና ሴት ልጆች ለተደራራቢ አድልዎ የተዳረጉ መሆናቸውን ዕውቅና ይሰጣሉ፤ ይህንንም ከግንዛቤ በማስገባት በሁሉም ሰብአዊ መብቶችና መሠረታዊ ነጻነቶች ሙሉ እና እኩል ተጠቃሚ መሆናቸውን ለማረጋገጥ እርምጃዎችን ይወስዳሉ

States Parties recognize that women and girls with disabilities are subject to multiple discrimination, and in this regard shall take measures to ensure the full and equal enjoyment by them of all human rights and fundamental freedoms

ማንኛውም ሰው ከሌሎች ጋር በማኅበር የመደራጀት ነጻነት አለው፡፡ ይህም ጥቅሞቹን ለማስጠበቅ የሠራተኛ ማኅበራትን የማቋቋም እና አባል የመሆን መብትን ይጨምራል

ሁሉም የሰው ልጆች እኩል ክብርና መብቶች ይዘው ነጻ ሆነው ተፈጥረዋል
