በዘር፣ በብሔር፣ ብሔረሰብ፣ በቀለም፣ በጾታ፣ በቋንቋ፣ በሃይማኖት፣ በፖለቲካ፣ በማኀበራዊ አመጣጥ፣ በሀብት፣ በትውልድ ወይም በሌላ አቋም ምክንያት ልዩነት ሳይደረግ ሰዎች ሁሉ እኩልና ተጨባጭ የሕግ ዋስትና የማግኘት መብት አላቸው
Each State party must act to end racial discrimination “in all its forms”, to take no action as a State, and to ensure that no public entity does so whether national or local
ማንኛውም ሰው በሚያዝበት ጊዜ የተያዘባቸውን ምክንያቶችና የቀረቡበትን ክሶች ምንነት ወዲያውኑ የማወቅ መብት አለው
Anyone who is arrested shall be informed, at the time of arrest, of the reasons for his arrest and shall be promptly informed of any charges against him
States Parties shall take specific positive action to promote literacy among women
አባል ሀገራት የሴት ልጆች በትምህርት ቤቶችና በሌሎች ማሰልጠኛ ተቋማት ቅበላና ማቆያን ማበረታታ እንዲሁም ትምህርታቸውን ያለጊዜው ላቋረጡ ሴቶች ሌሎች መርኃ-ግብሮችን ማዘጋጀት አለባቸው
ማንኛውም ሰው የማሰብ፣ የኅሊና እና የሃይማኖት ነጻነት አለው
Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion
All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination
