Every woman shall be entitled to respect for her life and the integrity and security of her person. All forms of exploitation, cruel, inhuman or degrading punishment and treatment shall be prohibited

ማንኛዋም ሴት ለሕይወቷ እና ለአካል ደኅንነቷ ክብር የማግኘት መብት አላት፡፡ ሁሉም ዐይነት ብዝበዛ፣ ጨካኝ፣ ኢ-ሰብአዊ ወይም ክብርን የሚያዋርድ ቅጣት እና አያያዝ የተከለከለ ነው

ሁሉም ሕፃናት በሕይወት የመኖር፣ ወላጆቻችውን ወይም በሕግ የማሳደግ መብት ያላቸውን ሰዎች የማወቅና የእርነሱንም እንክብካቤ የማግኘት መብቶች አሏቸው

Every child has the right to life, to know and be cared for by his or her parents or legal guardians

States Parties which recognize the system of adoption shall ensure that the best interest of the child shall be the paramount consideration and establish a machinery to monitor the well-being of the adopted child

የጉዲፈቻ ሥርዓትን የተቀበሉ አባል ሀገራት የሕፃኑ ጥቅም ከሁሉም በላይ ቅድሚያ የሚሰጠው ጉዳይ መሆኑን ማረጋገጥ አለባቸው እንዲሁም የጉዲፈቻ ልጁን ደኅንነት ለመከታተል የሚያስችል አሠራር መዘርጋት አለባቸው

አባል ሀገራት ለወጣቶች ሁለንተናዊ እድገትን የሚያረጋግጥ በቂ የሆነ የኑሮ ደረጃ የማግኘት መብት ዕውቅና ሊሰጡ ይገባል

State parties shall recognise the right of young people to a standard of living adequate for their holistic development

የተፈናቀሉ ሰዎች ከመንግሥት አካላት ጥበቃ እና ሰብአዊ ድጋፍ የመጠየቅ እና የማግኘት መብት አላቸው። ይህን ጥያቄ በማቅረባቸው ሊከሰሱ ወይም ሊቀጡ አይገባም

Internally displaced persons have the right to request and to receive protection and humanitarian assistance from national authorities. They shall not be persecuted or punished for making such a request
