በዘር፣ በብሔር፣ ብሔረሰብ፣ በቀለም፣ በጾታ፣ በቋንቋ፣ በሃይማኖት፣ በፖለቲካ፣ በማኀበራዊ አመጣጥ፣ በሀብት፣ በትውልድ ወይም በሌላ አቋም ምክንያት ልዩነት ሳይደረግ ሰዎች ሁሉ እኩልና ተጨባጭ የሕግ ዋስትና የማግኘት መብት አላቸው

The Chief Commissioner described the meeting as having been “positive and fruitful” and an opportunity to emphasize at a high level “the importance of a nationwide victim-centred and human rights compliant transitional justice process and mechanism”

Results of community consultations on conflict related human rights violations and transitional justice were top of the agenda

ማንኛውም ሰው በሚያዝበት ጊዜ የተያዘባቸውን ምክንያቶችና የቀረቡበትን ክሶች ምንነት ወዲያውኑ የማወቅ መብት አለው

Anyone who is arrested shall be informed, at the time of arrest, of the reasons for his arrest and shall be promptly informed of any charges against him

ምቹና ተደራሽ ቴክኖሎጂ ለሴቶች ሰብአዊ መብቶች መጠበቅና መስፋፋት ቁልፍ አስተዋጽዖ ያበረክታል
