በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ በተለምዶ “ቃሊቲ አካባቢ” ተብሎ በሚጠራው የአሽከርካሪዎች ማሰልጠኛ አካባቢ ባለ 'ሰፊ መጋዘን' ውስጥ፤ ከጎዳና ላይ የተነሱ በርካታ ሰዎች መኖራቸውንና ይህ ሰዎችን የመያዝና ወደ ማቆያ ማዕከል የማስገባት ድርጊት አሁንም መቀጠሉን የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን (ኢሰመኮ) አስታውቋል
