በኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን (ኢሰመኮ) አዘጋጅነት ከ2014 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ የሚካሄደው ይህ ዓመታዊ ፊልም ፌስቲቫል በእ.ኤ.አ. ታኅሣሥ 10 የሚውለውን ዓለም አቀፉ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ቀን የሚያስብ ነው

ስልጠናዎቹ በሽግግር ፍትሕ እንዲሁም በአካል ጉዳተኞች፣ በሴቶች፣ በተጠርጣሪዎች እና በሕግ ታራሚዎች ሰብአዊ መብቶች ላይ ያተኮሩ ናቸው

የጤና መብት እና የግንባታ ዘርፍ ደኅንነቱ የተጠበቀና ጤናማ የሥራ ሁኔታ መብት አተገባበር ክትትል ሪፖርቶችን መሠረት ያደረጉ የውትወታ መድረኮች ተካሄዱ

Listening to each other’s stories and experiences provided a space for mutual learning, empathy and solidarity among victims/survivors, building a sense of community and shared purpose

በ2016 ዓ.ም. በኅዳር 30 ቀን የሚውለው ዓለም አቀፉ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ቀን (December 10) የዓለም አቀፉ የሰብአዊ መብቶች መግለጫ (Universal Declaration of Human Rights) 75ኛ ዓመት የሚታሰብበት በመሆኑ ልዩ ያደርገዋል

የ2016 ዓ.ም. የኢሰመኮ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ፊልም ፌስቲቫል በሕይወት የመኖር መብት እና በቂ የሆነ መኖሪያ ቤት የማግኘት መብት ላይ የሚያተኩር ሲሆን፣ ኅዳር 30 ቀን የሚውለው የዘንድሮ ዓለም አቀፍ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ቀን ዓለም አቀፉን የሰብአዊ መብቶች መግለጫ 75ኛ ዓመት የሚታሰብበት ዝግጅት በመሆኑ ልዩ ያደርገዋል።

ይህን ስምምነት የተቀበሉ ሀገራት በገጠር ሴቶች ላይ የሚደረግ አድሎአዊ ልዩነት በማጥፋት ሴቶች ከወንዶች እኩል በገጠር ልማት እንቅስቃሴ ውስጥ እንዲሳተፉና ከዚሁም ተጠቃሚ እንዲሆኑ ለማድረግ ተገቢውን እርምጃ ሁሉ ይወስዳሉ

State parties shall take all appropriate measures to eliminate discrimination against women in rural areas in order to ensure that they participate in and benefit from rural development
