በመንግሥታዊም ሆነ በግል የማኅበራዊ ደኅንነት ተቋማት፣ በፍርድ ቤቶች፣ በአስተዳደር ባለሥልጣኖች ወይም በሕግ አውጪ አካላት በሚወሰዱ ማናቸውም ሕፃናትን የሚመለከቱ እርምጃዎች የሕፃናት ደኅንነትና ጥቅም በቀዳሚነት መታሰብ አለበት

የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን እና የተባበሩት መንግሥታት ድርጅት የዘር ማጥፋትን መከላከል ልዩ አማካሪ ቢሮ፤ በቀጣናው የዘር ማጥፋት ወንጀሎች ላይ ያላቸውን ትብብር ለማጠናከር የሚያስችል ስምምነት ተፈራርመዋል
