ኢሰመኮ በዛሬው ዕለት ባለ 31 ገጽ የፍርድ ቤቶች እና ፍትሕ ጽሕፈት ቤቶች ለአካል ጉዳተኞች እና አረጋውያን የተደራሽነት ሁኔታ ላይ ያወጣውን ሪፖርት አዲስ ማለዳ ተመልክታለች

የፍትሕ ተቋማት ለአካል ጉዳተኞች እና አረጋውያን ተደራሽ ለመሆን ከከባቢያዊ፣ ከተቋማዊ፣ የመረጃና ተግባቦት እንዲሁም ከአመለካከት መሰናክሎች ነጻ መሆን አለባቸው

ሴቶች ዘላቂ ልማት የማግኘት መብታቸውን ሙሉ በሙሉ የመጠቀም መብት አላቸው

Women shall have the right to fully enjoy their right to sustainable development

በክልሉ መንግሥት የተጀመሩ ተጠያቂነትን የማረጋገጥ ሥራዎች እንዲቀጥሉ እና በግጭቱ ጉዳት የደረሰባቸው ሰዎች ተገቢውን ካሳ እንዲያገኙ ሊደረግ እንደሚገባ ኮሚሽኑ በሪፖርቱ አሳስቧል

የተሟላ ፍትሕ የሚረጋገጠው ጥፋተኞች ተጠያቂ ሲሆኑ፣ የተበደሉ ሲካሱና ለወደፊትም ተመሳሳይ አደጋ እንዳይከሰት አስፈላጊ እርምጃዎች ተግባራዊ ሲደረጉ ስለሆነ ለዚህ ውጤት በቁርጠኝነት መሥራት መቀጠል አለበት

በሪፖርቱ እንደተመለከተው ግንቦት 13 ቀን 2015 ዓ.ም በኢታንግ ልዩ ወረዳ ሥር በሚገኝ ፒኝዋ ቀበሌ ነዋሪ የነበሩ አንድ ግለሰብ መጥፋታቸውን ተከትሎ፣ በፒኝዋ ቀበሌ እና አጎራባች በሆነው በሌር ቀበሌ ነዋሪዎች መካከል በተነሳ ግጭት በወቅቱ በርካታ ሰዎች መሞታቸውን፣ የአካል ጉዳት መድረሱን፣ የግለሰቦች እና የተቋማት ንብረት ላይ ጉዳት እና ዘረፋ መድረሱን ለማወቅ ተችሏል
