በኮሚሽኑ የሴቶችና ህጻናት መብቶች ኮሚሽነር መስከረም ገስጥ በመግለጫው እንዳሉት ከህግ አግባብ ውጭ የተፈጸሙ የሰብአዊ መብት ጥሰቶች ላይ በማተኮር አቤቱታዎች የሚደመጡ ይሆናል

Each State party must act to end racial discrimination “in all its forms”, to take no action as a State, and to ensure that no public entity does so whether national or local

ድርጊቱ ኢሰመኮ መስከረም 18 ቀን 2015 ዓ.ም. ይፋ ባደረገው ሪፖርት ውስጥ ከተዘረዘሩት ጉዳዮች መካከል አንዱ ነው

The Chief Commissioner described the meeting as having been “positive and fruitful” and an opportunity to emphasize at a high level “the importance of a nationwide victim-centred and human rights compliant transitional justice process and mechanism”

Transitional justice is essential to address the root causes of systemic human rights violations, to heal wounds of past abuses, and to consolidate a viable path towards sustainable peace and reconciliation

በአፋር ክልል በጦርነት ምክንያት ለተደጋጋሚ መፈናቀል የተጋለጡ የሁለት ዞን ነዋሪዎች ለከፍተኛ የሰብአዊ ቀውስ መጋለጣቸው ተገለጠ። በተጨማሪም የንግድ እንቅስቃሴው ገደብ በመኖሩ ላልተገባ ኢኮኖሚያዊ ጫና መጋለጣቸውን እና በዘላቂነት እንዲቋቋሙ አለመደረጉን የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን ባደረገው ክትትል ማረጋገጡን አስታወቀ

All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination

ሰዎች ሁሉ በሕግ ፊት እኩል ናቸው፤ ያለምንም ልዩነት እኩል የሕግ ጥበቃ የማግኘት መብት አላቸው

ስምምነቱ “የሽግግር ፍትሕ ፖሊሲው የሲቪክ ማኅበራትን ጨምሮ ከሁሉም ባለድርሻ አካላት በሕዝባዊ ምክክር የሚገኙ ግብአቶችን መሠረት አድርጎ እና መደበኛ ሀገራዊ የፖሊሲ አወጣጥ ሂደቶችን ተከትሎ ሊዘጋጅ እንደሚገባ” ያስቀምጣል

«ታጣቂዎቹ ጥቃቱን ባደረሱበት ከተማ ከማኅበረሰቡ ጋር ተቀላቅለው የሚኖሩ ተፈናቃዮችን ቤትለቤት እየዞሩ በተለይ የአማራ ብሔር ተወላጆችን ለይተው ገድለዋል» በማለት የምርመራ ግኝቱ ጠቁሟል
