Everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression in the form of art

የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን (ኢሰመኮ) ኢትዮጵያ የተቀበለቻቸውን ዓለም አቀፍ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ሰነዶችን በሀገር ውስጥ ቋንቋዎች ለመተርጎም እና ለማሰራጨት በአዋጅ ቁጥር 210/1992 አንቀጽ 6 (8) በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት ይህን አጠቃላይ ትንታኔ አስተርጉሞ አሳትሟል።

ሁሉም የሰው ልጆች እኩል ክብርና መብቶች ይዘው ነጻ ሆነው ተፈጥረዋል

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights

Reporting by itself is not an end; concerted measures to implement recommendations of treaty bodies is necessary

ማንኛውም ሰው የግል ሕይወቱ፣ ግላዊነቱ፣ የመከበር መብት አለው። ይህ መብት መኖሪያ ቤቱ፣ ሰውነቱና ንብረቱ ከመመርመር እንዲሁም በግል ይዞታው ያለ ንብረት ከመያዝ የመጠበቅ መብትን ያካትታል

Everyone has the right to privacy. This right shall include the right not to be subjected to searches of his home, person or property, or the seizure of any property under his personal possession

ዚህ ሪፖርት የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን (ኢሰመኮ) በኢትዮጵያ የበጀት ዓመት አቆጣጠር በ2015 ዓ.ም. ያከናወናቸው ዐበይት ተግባራት እና የተገኙ ውጤቶች ቀርበዋል። በተጨማሪም የኮሚሽኑን የፋይናንስ አጠቃቀም መግለጫ እና በዕቅድ አፈጻጸም ያጋጠሙ ችግሮች ትካትተዋል። ተግባራቱ ኮሚሽኑ በአምስት ዓመት ስትራቴጂክ ዕቅዱ ለይቶ ባስቀመጣቸው ዘጠኝ የትኩረት መስኮች መሠረት የተደራጁ ናቸው፡፡
