4ኛው የኢሰመኮ ዓመታዊ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ፊልም ፌስቲቫል በሴቶች ሕይወት እና በቂ ምግብና ውሃ በማግኘት መብቶች ላይ የሚያተኩር ሲሆን፣ ሁሉም ሰው በውድድሩ እንዲሳተፍ እና ሂደቱን እንዲከታተል መጋበዙን ለመናኸሪያ ሬዲዮ 99.1 በላከው መግለጫ ተመላክቷል

4ኛው የኢሰመኮ ዓመታዊ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ፊልም ፌስቲቫል በሴቶች ሕይወት እና በቂ ምግብና ውሃ በማግኘት መብቶች ላይ የሚያተኩር ሲሆን፣ ሁሉም ሰው በውድድሩ እንዲሳተፍ እና ሂደቱን እንዲከታተል ተጋብዟል
