የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን ኮሚሽነር ዳንኤል በቀለ፣ በበዓሉ ላይ የተከሰቱትን ክስተቶች አስመልክተው በሰጡት ሀሳብ፣ የጸጥታ ኃይሎች በዓሉን ለማክበር በወጣው ሕዝብ ላይ ከልክ ያለፈ አላስፈላጊ ድብደባ፣ አስለቃሽ ጭስ፣ ጥይትና ሌሎች ከመጠን ያለፉ እምጃዎችን መውሰዳቸውን ጠቁመዋል
