ከልክ ያለፈ ድርጊት ፈጽመዋል ያላቸው የጸጥታ ኃይሎች በሕግ ተጠያቂ እንዲሆኑ የጠየቀው ኢሰመኮ በክብረ በዓላት አከባበር ላይ መሰል አደጋዎች እንዳይከሰቱ የሕግ አስከባሪዎች አስፈላጊ ሥልጠና እንዲያገኙ ሊደረግ ይገባልም ብሏል
