የአካል ጉዳተኞች አካቶ ስልቱ ኢሰመኮ የሚያከናውናቸውን ሥራዎች ለአካል ጉዳተኞች የበለጠ ተደራሽ ለማድረግ እና አካታች ለመሆን ይረዳል

በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች እና በተፈጥሮ አካል ጉዳተኛ የሆኑትን በሚደረገው ሀገራዊ ምክክርና ውይይት ላይ ሀሳብ እንዲሰጡ እድል ሊሰጣቸው ይገባል ተባለ፡፡ ይህን ያለው የኢትዮጵያ ሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን ነው
