States Parties recognize that women and girls with disabilities are subject to multiple discrimination, and in this regard shall take measures to ensure the full and equal enjoyment by them of all human rights and fundamental freedoms

EHRC participated in the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions (GANHRI) annual meeting held in Geneva

The event marked EHRC’s first attendance as a permanent member of the NANHRI Steering Committee

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights

ሁሉም የሰው ልጆች እኩል ክብርና መብቶች ይዘው ነጻ ሆነው ተፈጥረዋል

አባል ሀገራት የሕፃናትን የመማር መብት ሙሉ በሙሉ እውን ለማድረግ ሁሉንም ተገቢ እርምጃዎች ይወስዳሉ። በተለይም በትምህርት ቤት ተገኝቶ ትምህርትን በቋሚነት መከታተልን ለማበረታታት እንዲሁም የተማሪዎችን ትምህርት የማቋረጥ ምጣኔ ለመቀነስ እርምጃዎችን መውሰድ አለባቸው

States Parties shall take all appropriate measures with a view to achieving the full realization of every child’s right to education and shall in particular take measures to encourage regular attendance at schools and the reduction of drop-out rate

አባል ሀገራት በሁሉም መስክ በተለይም በፖለቲካዊ፣ ማኅበራዊ፣ ኢኮኖሚያዊ እና ባህላዊ መስኮች የሴቶችን ሁለንተናዊ እድገት ለማረጋገጥና ከፍ ለማድረግ እንዲሁም ሴቶች ከወንዶች እኩል በሰብአዊ መብቶቻቸው እና መሠረታዊ ነጻነቶቻቸው መጠቀም እንዲችሉ ሕግ ማውጣትን ጨምሮ አግባብነት ያላቸውን እርምጃዎች ሁሉ መውሰድ አለባቸው

States Parties shall take in all fields, in particular in the political, social, economic and cultural fields, all appropriate measures, including legislation, to ensure the full development and advancement of women, for the purpose of guaranteeing them the exercise and enjoyment of human rights and fundamental freedoms on a basis of equality with men

ማንኛውም ሕፃን ጉልበቱን ከሚበዘብዙ ልማዶች የመጠበቅ፤ በትምህርቱ፣ በጤናውና በደኅንነቱ ላይ ጉዳት የሚያደርሱ ሥራዎችን እንዲሠራ ያለመገደድ ወይም ከመሥራት የመጠበቅ መብት አለው
