March 27, 2026March 27, 2026 Event Update, Somali

Ilaalinta hab-dhaqannada ganacsiga qaranka si ay ula jaanqaadaan halbeegyada caalamiga ah ee xuquuqda aadanaha waxay u baahan tahay dadaal wadajir ah

Guddiga Xuquuqda Insaanka ee Itoobiya (EHRC), oo kaashanaya Machadka Xuquuqda Insaanka ee Danishka (DIHR), ayaa qabtay aqoon-is-weydaarsi wacyigelin ah oo cinwaankiisu ahaa “Garashada Hindisayaasha Xeer-nidaamiyaha Midowga Yurub (EU) ee la xiriira Ganacsiga iyo Xuquuqda Insaanka iyo Saamaynta ay ku leeyihiin Itoobiya” kaas oo dhacay 06-dii Maarso 2026, magaalada Addis Ababa. Aqoon-is-weydaarsigan ayaa ujeeddadiisu ahayd in lagu xoojiyo fahamka daneeyayaasha ee ku aaddan Xeerka Joogteynta Ganacsiga ee Midowga Yurub (CSDDD) iyo Xeerka Shaqada Qasabka ah ee Midowga Yurub, iyo in la dhuuxo saamaynta ay ku yeelan karaan ganacsiyada Itoobiya iyo hab-dhaqannada xuquuqda insaanka.

Munaasabadda waxaa isugu yimid daneeyayaal muhiim ah oo ka socday hay’adaha dawladda, ururrada bulshada rayidka ah, iyo aqoonyahanno. Ka qaybgalayaasha waxaa ka mid ahaa wakiillo ka socday Guddiga Maalgashiga Itoobiya, Wasaaradda Caddaaladda, Hay’adda Ombudsman-ka Itoobiya, Isbahaysiga Ururrada loo shaqeeyaha ee Itoobiya (CEEA), iyo Xarunta Xuquuqda Insaanka ee Jaamacadda Addis Ababa.

Fadhiyada ayaa ku bilaabmay dulmar ballaaran oo ku saabsan guud ahaan xaaladda, qodobbada muhiimka ah, iyo tallaabooyinka weheliya xeerarka CSDDD iyo kan Shaqada Qasabka ah ee Midowga Yurub. Soo-jeedinta waxaa bixisay Alice Munnelly oo ah Lataliye Sare oo ka tirsan DIHR oo qaabilsan Xuquuqda Insaanka, Ganacsiga, iyo Tiknoolajiyadda. Wadahadallada ayaa intaas ka dib lagu lafo-guray goobaha istiraatiijiga ah ee ay daneeyayaasha Itoobiya ka geli karaan hawshan, iyadoo xoogga lagu saaray doorka ay ku leeyihiin dejiyeyaasha siyaasadda, hay’adaha xuquuqda aadanaha ee qaranka, ururrada bulshada rayidka ah (CSOs), iyo ururrada shaqaalaha ee kor u qaadista wacyigelinta halbeegyada cusub ee Midowga Yurub iyo saamaynta ay ku leeyihiin Itoobiya iyo ganacsiyada dalka.

Dr. Dawit Moges, oo ah Madaxweyne ku-xigeenka CEEA, ayaa sidoo kale bixiyay aragti wax ku ool ah oo ku saabsan caqabadaha iyo fursadaha wajahaya qaybta gaarka loo leeyahay, isagoo muujiyay baahida loo qabo isbeddelo istiraatiijiyadeed. Ka qaybgalayaashu waxay carrabka ku adkeeyeen in xaqiijinta u hoggaansanaanta xeerarkan ay u baahan doonto hab dhammaystiran, oo ay ka mid tahay kor u qaadista wacyigelinta iyo dhisidda awoodda hay’adaha iyo qaybaha ganacsiga.

Hadalkiisii xiritaanka, Dr. Abdi Jibril, oo ah Guddoomiyaha EHRC ee Xuquuqda Madaniga, Siyaasadda, iyo Dhaqaalaha-Bulshada, ayaa adkeeyay muhiimadda ay leedahay dadaallada wadajirka ah si loo waafajiyo hab-dhaqannada ganacsiga qaranka iyo halbeegyada caalamiga ah ee xuquuqda insaanka. Wuxuu muujiyay sida EHRC ay uga go’an tahay inay taageerto wacyigelinta, dhisidda awoodda, iyo fagaarayaasha wadatashiga si loo horumariyo dadaalladan.
