A child temporarily or permanently deprived of his or her family environment, or in whose own best interests cannot be allowed to remain in that environment, shall be entitled to special protection and assistance provided by the State

ለጊዜው ወይም ለዘለቄታው ከቤተሰቡ የተለየ ወይም ለራሱ ጥቅም ሲባል ከቤተሰቡ ጋር እንዲቆይ ሊደረግ የማይችል ሕፃን የመንግሥትን ልዩ ጥበቃ እና ድጋፍ የማግኘት መብት አለው

Accused persons have the right to be informed with sufficient particulars of the charge brought against them and to be given the charge in writing

Any media financed by or under the control of the State shall be operated in a manner ensuring its capacity to entertain diversity in the expression of opinion

በመንግሥት ገንዘብ የሚካሄድ ወይም በመንግሥት ቁጥጥር ሥር ያለ መገናኛ ብዙኃን የተለያዩ አስተያየቶችን ለማስተናገድ በሚያስችለው ሁኔታ እንዲመራ ይደረጋል

Employers shall be required to ensure that, so far as is reasonably practicable, the workplaces, machinery, equipment and processes under their control are safe and without risk to health
