የሀገር ውስጥ ተፈናቃዮች ሰብአዊ መብቶች ሁኔታ ዓመታዊ ሪፖርት ይፋ ባደረገበት ወቅት የሀገር ውስጥ ተፈናቃዮችን ሰብአዊ መብቶች በተመለከተ በ2014 ዓ.ም. በጀት ዓመት የታዩ ክፍተቶችን እና የደረሱ ጥሰቶች በ2015 ዓ.ም. እንዳይከሰቱና እንዲቀረፉ ለማስቻል አስፈላጊ የሆኑ የመዋቅር፣ የሕግ እና የሰብአዊ ድጋፍ አቅርቦቶች ማሻሻያዎች ሊደረጉ እንደሚገባ ኢሰመኮ አሳሰበ
በካምፓላ ስምምነት ውስጥ የተካተቱ እና እንደ የሰነድና ምዝገባ፣ የጸጥታና ደኅንነት፣ የመንቀሳቀስ ነጻነት እና ፍትሕ የማግኘት መብት የመሳሰሉ መብቶችን እና በመንግሥት ላይ የተጣሉ ግዴታዎች ዙሪያ የተስተዋሉ ክፍተቶችን በማረም የሀገር ውስጥ ተፈናቃዮችን የሰብአዊ መብቶች አያያዝ ማሻሻል ይገባል
