በኦሞ ወንዝ የላይኛው ተፋሰስ አካባቢዎች ከነሐሴ ወር የመጀመሪያ ቀናት ጀምሮ በጣለው ከፍተኛ መጠን ያለው ዝናብ ምክንያት የዳሰነች ወረዳ ዋና ከተማ በሆነው የኦሞራቴ ከተማ እንዲሁም ቻይና ካምፕ በተባሉ የተፈናቃይ መጠለያ ጣቢያዎች ላይ በውሃ የመጥለቅለቅ ሥጋት ተጋርጦባቸዋል ብሏል

በኢትዮጵያ በተፈጥሮ አደጋዎች ምክንያት የሚደርስ መፈናቀል እየተስፋፋ በመምጣቱ ይህን መሰል ሥጋት ያለባቸውን አካባቢዎች በመለየት እና በጉዳቱ ልክ ምላሽ ለመስጠት የሚያስችል በቂ ቅድመ ዝግጅት ማድረግ ያስፈልጋል

አስገድዶ መሰወር ምንድን ነው? አስገድዶ መሰወር የሚያስከትላቸው የሰብአዊ መብቶች ጥሰቶች ወይም ሥጋቶች ምንድን ናቸው? ሰዎችን ከአስገድዶ መሰወር ለመጠበቅ የተዘረጉ የሕግ ማዕቀፎች ምንድን ናቸው? በመንግሥት ላይ የሚጥሏቸው ግዴታዎችስ?
