በማቆያ ማእከሉ እንዲገቡ ስለሚደረጉ ሰዎች አያያዝ እና ስለ ግዳጅ አሠራሩ ኢሰመኮ ከሚያዝያ ወር 2015 ዓ.ም. ጀምሮ ክትትል እና ውትወታ በማድረግ የሰጣቸውን ምክረ ሐሳቦች በማስታወስ፣ ይህንን የግዳጅ አሠራር በአፋጣኝ ከማስቆም በተጨማሪ ለችግሩ ዘለቄታዊ እና ሁሉን አቀፍ የፖሊሲ ምላሽ ይሻል
