በ153 ገጾች በተዘጋጀው የምርመራ ሪፖርት ኮሚሽኑ ከዚህ ዓመት መስከረም ወር ጀምሮ በአማራና በአፋር ክልል አካባቢዎች ባሰማራው የሰብዓዊ መብቶች የምርመራ ቡድን የደረሰባቸውን ግኝቶች የሚያሳይ ነዉ።
