ኮሚሽነሮቹ በሰጡት አመራር የኢሰመኮን ሥራ በማጠናከር፣ ተደራሽነቱን በማስፋት እና በሕዝብ እንዲሁም በዓለም አቀፍ አጋሮች ዘንድ መተማመንን በማሳደግ ረገድ የሚጠበቅባቸውን ሚና አበርክተዋል
በሰብአዊ መብቶችና በሲቪክ ምኅዳሩ ዙሪያ በሀገር አቀፍ ደረጃ ለሚታዩ ተግዳሮቶች መፍትሔ ለማምጣት የሚመለከታቸው አካላት በአጋርነት ሊሠሩ ይገባል
እያንዳንዱ አባል ሀገር በሕግ ሥርዓቱ ውስጥ የማሠቃየት ተግባር ሰለባ የሆነ ሰው መፍትሔ እንደሚያገኝ እንዲሁም በተቻለ መጠን የተሟላ ማገገሚያን ጨምሮ ተፈጻሚነት ያለው ፍትሐዊና በቂ ካሳ የማግኘት መብት እንዳለው ማረጋገጥ አለበት
Each State Party shall ensure in its legal system that the victim of an act of torture obtains redress and has an enforceable right to fair and adequate compensation, including the means for as full rehabilitation as possible
ኢሰመኮ ለፍትሕ ሥርዓቱ መጎልበት እና ለሰብአዊ መብቶች አያያዝ መሻሻል የሚያደርገውን ድጋፍ አጠናክሮ ይቀጥላል
የሰብአዊ መብቶች ኮሚቴ ለኢትዮጵያ የሰጣቸውን የማጠቃለያ ምልከታ ምክረ ሐሳቦች የመንግሥት አስፈጻሚ አካላት መተግበር ይጠበቅባቸዋል
በሀገር አቀፍ ደረጃ የነጻ የሕግ ድጋፍ አገልግሎትን ጥራት እና ተደራሽነት ለማሻሻል የተጀመሩ ጥረቶች ውጤት እንዲያስገኙ ኢሰመኮ የበኩሉን አስተዋጽዖ ማድረጉን ይቀጥላል
