Every child has the right not to be subjected to exploitative practices, neither to be required nor permitted to perform work which may be hazardous or harmful to his or her education, health or wellbeing
ተዋዋይ ሀገራት የማናቸውም ዐይነት የእንክብካቤ እጦት፣ ብዝበዛ፣ ያልተገባ አያያዝ፣ ማሰቃየት ወይም ሌላ ማናቸውም ዐይነት ጭካኔ የተሞላበት፣ ኢ-ሰብአዊ የሆነ ወይም ክብርን የሚያዋርድ አያያዝ ወይም ቅጣት ወይም የትጥቅ ግጭት ሰለባ የሆነን ሕፃን በአካልና በሥነ ልቦና ከደረሰበት ጉዳት እንዲያገግምና ከኅብረተሰቡ ጋር እንዲቀላቀል ለማድረግ ተገቢውን እርምጃ ይወስዳሉ
States Parties shall take all appropriate measures to promote physical and psychological recovery and social reintegration of a child victim of any form of neglect, exploitation, or abuse; torture or any other form of cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment; or armed conflicts
በማሳደጊያ ተቋማት ውስጥ የሚገኙ ሕፃናትን የሰብአዊ መብቶች አያያዝ ለማሻሻል ሁሉም ባለድርሻዎች ምክረ ሐሳቦችን በቅንጅት ሊተገብሩ ይገባል
States Parties shall take all appropriate measures to provide adequate, affordable and accessible health services, including information, education and communication programmes to women especially those in rural areas
አባል ሀገራት ለሴቶች በተለይም በገጠር ለሚገኙ የመረጃ፣ የትምህርት እና የግንኙነት መርኃ ግብሮችን ጨምሮ በቂ፣ ተመጣጣኝ እና ተደራሽ የጤና አገልግሎቶችን ለመስጠት አስፈላጊውን እርምጃ ሁሉ ይወስዳሉ
