ከዚህ ቀደም በትግራይ ክልል በተካሄደው ጦርነት ሰፊ የምርመራ ሪፖርት ይፋ ያደረገው የኢትዮጵያ ሰብዓዊ መብቶች ኮሚሽን (ኢሰመኮ)፣ በቅርቡ በአፋርና በአማራ ክልሎች የተካሄዱ ጦርነቶችን የተመለከተ አዲስ ሪፖርት ይፋ አድርጓል፡፡

የሰብአዊ መብቶችን በማስከበር ረገድ ሚና ያላቸው የሰብአዊ መብቶች ተቋማት እንዲሁም በሰብአዊ መብቶች ዙሪያ የሚሠሩ መንግሥታዊ ያልሆኑ ተቋማትም በሴት የሰብአዊ መብት ተሟጋቾች ላይ የሚፈጸሙ የመብት ጥሰቶች ላይ መረጃ የመሰብሰብ፣ የክትትል ሥራዎች እና ጥሰቶችን የማጋለጥ ሥራዎች መስራት አለባቸው።

የሳምንቱ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ጽንሰ-ሀሳብ ፥ ከመጋቢት 5 እስከ 10 ቀን 2014 ዓ.ም. ያለው ሳምንት

Human rights were among the first casualties of the ongoing conflict in Ethiopia. While both sides continue to accuse each other of atrocities, independent organizations find it increasingly difficult to monitor abuses.

በአፋር እና አማራ ክልሎች የተፈጸሙ የሰብአዊ መብቶች እና ዓለም አቀፍ የሰብአዊነት ሕግ ጥሰቶች ላይ በኢሰመኮ የተደረገው ምርመራ ሪፖርት ይፋ ሆኗል።

በ153 ገጾች በተዘጋጀው የምርመራ ሪፖርት ኮሚሽኑ በአማራና በአፋር ክልል አካባቢዎች ባሰማራው የሰብዓዊ መብቶች የምርመራ ቡድን የደረሰባቸውን ግኝቶች የሚያሳይ ነዉ።

የኢሰመኮ ዋና ኮሚሽነር ዶክተር ዳንኤል በቀለ ለብዙሃን መገናኛ ባቀረቡት በዚሁ ሪፖርት በጦርነቱ በተጎዱ በርካታ ቦታዎች በአካል በመገኘት በተደረገው ምርመራ መሰረት አጠቃላይ የሰብአዊ መብቶች ጥሰት መፈጸሙን አስታውቀዋል።
