የአፍሪካ ሕፃናት መብቶችና ደኅንነት ቻርተር፡፡ የቻርተሩ ተዋዋይ ሀገራት የሆኑ የአፍሪካ አንድነት ድርጅት አባል ሀገራት በቻርተሩ ለተደነገጉ መብቶች፣ ነጻነቶችና ግዴታዎች ዕውቅና የመስጠት የቻርተሩ ድንጋጌዎችን ተፈጻሚ ለማድረግ በቻርተሩና በየሕገ-መንግሥቶቻቸው በተመለከቱ ድንጋጌዎች መሰረት እንደ አስፈላጊነቱ የሕግ ማውጣትን እና ሌሎች እርምጃዎች የመውሰድ ግዴታ አለባቸው፡፡
