Komishanka Xuquuqda Insaanak Itoobiya (EHRC) ayaa magaalada Bonga ku qabtay madal wada-tashi ah Ginbot 14, 2018 T.I., taas oo ku saabsanayd dhaqangelinta xuquuqda caafimaadka ee aagagga Kaffa iyo Bench Sheko ee Deegaanka Shucuubta Koonfur Galbeed Itoobiya. Kulankan ayaa waxaa ka soo qayb galay wakiillo ka kala socday waaxaha caafimaadka ee aagagga Kaffa iyo Bench Sheko; degmooyinka Gimbo, Gewata, Shishonde, Bita, Decha, Chena, iyo Waqooyiga Bench; xafiisyada caafimaadka ee ismaamulada magaalooyinka Bonga iyo Mizan Aman; iyo sidoo kale xarumaha caafimaadka ee deegaannadaas.

Madashan ayaa si weyn loogu falanqeeyay natiijooyinkii iyo talooyinkii ka soo baxay baaritaan nidaamsan oo ay EHRC ku samaysay dhaqangelinta xuquuqda caafimaadka ee ismaamulada magaalooyinka iyo degmooyinka hoos yimaada aagagga Kaffa iyo Bench Sheko ee Deegaanka Shucuubta Koonfur Galbeed Itoobiya, gaar ahaan ka jawaabidda cudurka duumada (malaariyada) ee ka dillaacay deegaannadaas.

Ka-qaybgalayaasha madasha ayaa faahfaahin ka bixiyay xaaladda taagan ee faafitaanka duumada ee aagaggaas. Waxay sheegeen in heerka infekshanku uu hadda hoos u dhacay sababo la xiriira dadaallada la sameeyay, kuwaas oo isugu jira ka-saaridda iyo qallajinta biyaha fadhiya, buufinta kiimikada, qaybinta tallaallada iyo maro-kaneecada, iyo sidoo kale ololeyaal wacyigelin ah oo baaxad leh. Dhanka kale, waxay xuseen in yaraanta daawooyinka iyo qalabka caafimaadka ee lagama maarmaanka u ah daweynta iyo xakamaynta cudurka ay weli tahay caqabad weyn oo taagan.

Waxay ugu baaqday hay’adaha dowladda ee heerarka kala duwan in ay sii xoojiyaan dadaallada isku-duwaha ah ee ay la bilaabeen ururada bulshada rayidka ah iyo daneeyayaasha kale, si loo xakameeyo cudurka si waarta deegaannada u nugul cudurka duumada ee Deegaanka Shucuubta Koonfur Galbeed Itoobiya.
