Ethiopian Human Rights Commission (EHRC) congratulates its Director of Disability Rights and Rights of Older Persons, Belain Gebremedhin on being appointed by the House of Peoples’ Representatives as one of the Commissioners at the National Dialogue Commission.
EHRC Disability Rights and Rights of Older Persons Commissioner Rigbe Gebrehawaria said “Although our Commission will be missing one of its dedicated right hands, we are confident of Belain Gebremedhin’s invaluable contribution to the newly established institution both as a human rights expert and as an avid advocate for persons with disability and older persons.”
